Welcome to Addison's Angels

Addison Rose Cox was just 17 months when she was diagnosed with Cystinosis, a rare, inherited, metabolic disease that slowly and eventually destroys all major organs of the body including the kidneys, liver, eyes, muscles, bone marrow, thyroid and brain. Addison is one of only 500 in the US and 2000 world wide to be affected with the disease. Although there are medications available to control some of the symptoms, Cystinosis remains incurable.

Because Cystinosis is such a rare disease, funding is little to nonexistent. The only real way progress is made is through private funding of research. This foundation was created by Addison's friends and family in order to raise awareness and ultimately raise money in order to find a cure for this horrible disease. 100% of all monies raised will go directly to the Cystinosis Research Foundation and cystinosis research.
